Bass Coast
We know that it can be hard to find high quality support, therefore we provide advanced Home Modifications, SDA Assessments and Higher Level Strategy Development in the Bass Coast Shire.
If you require additional supports and live in this area, please discuss this with our client support team so that we can determine how best to support you.
State-Wide Service
Here at Kadia, we believe that everyone has equal right to access high quality Occupational Therapy Support.
We also know how hard it can be to find Therapists who are dedicated to Complex home modifications or Higher Level Stratagy Development.
Where a local OT is unable to be located or provide services, we are able to step in. This could be in a shared care arrangement with your Treating OT, or with full focus support.
So far we have supported clients in:
Whittelsea, Greater Geelong, City of Melton, Cobden, Greater Shepparton, Shire of Wellington, South Gippsland. Melbourne City, City of Darabin, and the City of Booroondara.
