Careers At Kadia
Grow - Thrive - CelebrateGrade 3 Occupational Therapist - Adults
This isn’t just a job. It’s a calling — and a culture.
We’re looking for a clinician-leader who believes that exceptional team culture and exceptional client outcomes are inseparable.
Who We Are
Kadia Occupational Therapy is a boutique, purpose-led Allied Health practice rooted in Eastern Melbourne, with a proud history stretching back to 2013 (as Reclaim Therapy). We are clinician-led at every level — our Director is a practising Occupational Therapist, and OT theoretical frameworks are woven into the fabric of everything we do, from clinical delivery to how we hire, onboard, and lead.
We provide specialist Occupational Therapy services across NDIS and Aged Care, with deep expertise in:
- Complex Home Modifications — with a 95% approval rate
- Complex Seating & Postural Management
- Assistive Technology (AT) prescription and recommendation
- Complex Disability — supporting individuals with neurological, physical and multisystem conditions
- Aged Care and Support At Home
We also have a Complex Care and Developmental Paed Team whom this role will work alongside.
We serve clients across the East, Outer East Melbourne, and wider Victoria, meeting people in their homes, workplaces, schools, and communities — because that’s where real occupational life happens.
Our head office is in Ringwood, with satelite sites available for our team across the state of the art Waterman Community Centers in Scoresby, Narre Warren, Blackburn, Box Hill and more.
We have recently completed a purposeful transition phase, optimising our systems and structures so that every team member can work with efficiency and focus. We are now entering an exciting growth phase, backed by a governing board and fuelled by a belief that the best outcomes come from excellence, courage and curiosity working together.
Culture is King at Kadia
People are our greatest asset — and we protect that fiercely.
Kadia promotes work-life balance that fosters a culture of flexibility, support and wellbeing. Our culture is our strength and our inspiration — it drives us forward and creates an environment where everyone truly thrives.
At Kadia, culture is more than a buzzword. It is the cornerstone of everything we do. We believe in inclusivity and mutual support, in banding together to tackle challenges, and in celebrating victories — personal and professional alike. Our values aren’t words on a page; they’re the beating heart of our organisation, guiding every interaction and decision.
We understand the importance of laughter, of lifting each other up, and of holding a high standard for both our conduct and the quality of our work. Kadia is not just a place to work — it is a community where we grow and thrive together.
While we may not always get everything right, we are committed to growth and improvement. Through our shared values of courage, elevation, and excellence, we push toward our collective purpose — supporting each other every step of the way.

Why Kadia?
“What makes Kadia different is that the culture isn’t something that gets talked about — it’s something you actually feel every day. The supervision here genuinely builds you. The team thinks together, consults together, and no one is left to figure things out alone. We work with strong systems, we’re encouraged to try new things, and the work we do for clients is something I’m genuinely proud of. I didn’t just find a job at Kadia — I found a place worth investing in.”
— Team Member, Occupational Therapist, Kadia OT
Since being at Kadia I have accessed exceptional career development support with internal professional development, career and case coaching as well as supervision. The collaborative nature of the team is fantastic
The team and leadership hold firm on the Kadia Values, this makes this a great place to work where we support and back each other.
Client Services and Team Wellbeing
I came to Kadia due to strong values alignment and I have not been disappointed. The support we recieve, and share with each other is so unique and real.
After working elsewhere, I knew that Kadia is where I wanted to come back to, where my work really matters and has an impact.
I worked at Kadia for over 5 years. Whilst I have now moved into forensic services to persue my interests, Kadia had great systems and supports which I have realised are not replicated elsewhere. Kadia gave me space to have a voice and to make real change.
Working in the world of disability and aged care has its challenges. Working with a team who deeply care for each other and their work makes the world of difference. I thoroughly enjoy celebrating incredible client outcomes, but also the development and growth of each and every team member. Together we are stronger.
