Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible whenever possible. To ensure we can offer appointment times fairly to all clients, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee will apply.

Between 24–48 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

24 hours or less’ notice: The full cost of the appointment will be charged, as we are unable to fill this time at short notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations without notice are treated as cancellations within 24 hours.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies allow us to manage our schedule effectively and continue providing the best possible service to all of our clients.
