What is it?

What Is the NDIS?

The NDIS or National Disability Insurance Scheme, is a government funding service / opportunity for people who live with a disability.

It is designed to remove the barriers that individuals experience in life as a result of a disability.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme does this through funding supports, equipment, environmental changes and therapy so that individuals living with functional limitations are able to live their best lives.

The NDIS accepts applications and registrations for people who are 65 years and under.

However, once registered and accepted, the scheme will continue to fund individuals for their lifespan, even after the age of 65.

If The NDIS is not for you, we are able to also assist with accessing other funding opportunities such as

– medicare

– Statewide Equipment Program (Vic only)

– Private Health Insurance

– Self Funding

– Work-cover
